  Landlord/owner and Building manager are a shady and deceptive husband and wife team who take no responsibility for their “jewel” building on MainStreet with its moldy basement, porous and crumbling brick walls, lack of ventilation (any!), leaks, mice, and grossly insufficient security; but who will glibly suggest that tenants repair their building. Commercial tenants beware!
